MAJOR AWARD WINNERS 

Project H2grOw

Swimming Queensland and the Queensland Academy of Sport, in Partnership with Swimming Australia and their H2GrOw Program, will be running Peak Height Velocity (PHV) Testing during the 2019 McDonald’s Brisbane Junior Metropolitan Championships.

The PHV test is available to ALL competitors that compete at the 2019 BSA Junior Metropolitan Championships.

If you would like to participate, please follow the below steps:

Step 1 - Complete the Online Registration Form here

Step 2 - Complete the Child/Swimmer Consent Form here. (Please bring this with you on the day)

Step 3 - Turn up on the day!*

*Please note, swimmers will be tested on Saturday, 23 and Sunday, 24 February between 9am and 12pm. Swimmers don't need to register for a specific date or time. They simply need to turn up at the PHV Testing Room, accessible via the glass doors, near the dive pool on the eastern side, between 9am and 12pm. Testing will go for approximately 15 minutes.

Important Meet Information:
 

- This meet is NOT an IPC approved meet

- Events will be swum in reverse order with the fastest heats going first
